Recently, we were contacted by a renowned artist in Galway and someone whom we have known for the past 6 years, who was looking to do a few small updated to their website.

From the off, we quickly realised how badly designed the site was but the performance was most likely turning away customers than creating them. Taking 16 seconds to load, having no navigation system when displayed on mobile, highly pixelated imagery, no telephone number or a contact form that worked, we realised updates were not what was needed, it was a complete overhaul.

We advised the artist and their face dropped when they realised that the contact form was not working and the unknown loss of potential enquiries hit home. Minor edits turned into major rapidly.

We got to work, and within 5 hours of the site going live, there was already 4 enquiries looking to book places. Since then, our analytics has shown the site to be very active with 10-15 visitors per day. The site is now on all major search engines and maps and has made a significant difference with the new clientele.

Safe to say, our new client was over the moon with the difference.
